Working through feelings of prejudices about body type, sexuality, gender, race etc that come up for us is crucial to reaching forward as a kinder, stronger, and more inclusive version of our society. In this episode I talk about strong feelings about my kiddos that I recognize are not correct. Also, the importance of me catching up with societal norms rather than expecting society to stay the way that it always was to keep me comfortable.
